Responsibilities
- Thoughtfully pair caregivers with clients by considering health needs, personality fit, skill level, and preferences.
- Act as the go-to liaison between clients, families, and field staff, building trust and ensuring seamless communication.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules in our system, juggling multiple moving parts and anticipating conflicts.
- Pivot quickly during emergencies or last-minute changes to keep clients cared for and caregivers supported.
- Monitor field staff activity, track attendance and reliability, and provide feedback to ensure accountability.
- Solve scheduling challenges creatively with a client-first mindset, treating it like a daily puzzle.
- Work collaboratively with branch teammates to maintain a positive, energetic office environment.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, answering questions and setting the tone for a caring relationship.
- Use scheduling software and digital tools to keep records current, track caregiver availability, and ensure compliance.
- Step into any situation—whether answering tough questions, covering shift gaps, or supporting teammates—with flexibility and readiness.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Scheduling, medical, or phone experience is a plus.
- Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
