Responsibilities

  • Thoughtfully pair caregivers with clients by considering health needs, personality fit, skill level, and preferences.
  • Act as the go-to liaison between clients, families, and field staff, building trust and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules in our system, juggling multiple moving parts and anticipating conflicts.
  • Pivot quickly during emergencies or last-minute changes to keep clients cared for and caregivers supported.
  • Monitor field staff activity, track attendance and reliability, and provide feedback to ensure accountability.
  • Solve scheduling challenges creatively with a client-first mindset.
  • Work collaboratively with branch teammates to maintain a positive, high-energy office environment.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, answering questions and setting the tone for a caring relationship.
  • Use scheduling software and digital tools to keep records current, track caregiver availability, and ensure compliance.
  • Step into any situation—whether answering tough questions, covering shifts, or supporting teammates—with flexibility and readiness.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Scheduling, medical, or phone experience a plus.
  • Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
