Responsibilities

  • Thoughtfully pair caregivers with clients based on health needs, personality, skill level, and preferences.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and field staff to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules in the company’s system, managing multiple shifts and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies and last-minute changes, finding solutions that maintain client care and caregiver support.
  • Monitor field staff performance, tracking attendance and reliability, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Create and manage a dynamic schedule that accommodates different client needs and caregiver availability.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, addressing their questions and setting a positive tone for their care journey.
  • Use scheduling software and digital tools to keep records current, track caregiver availability, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Support colleagues in various roles, stepping in to handle unexpected situations such as answering difficult client inquiries, covering shift gaps, or assisting with team tasks.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in scheduling, medical, or customer service.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency with scheduling systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
