About the role

We are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in Social Care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Renaissance Care.

Responsibilities

- Support and encourage meaningful interactions to ensure residents live with purpose and connection. - Participate in person-centred activities, outings and events. - Promote lifestyle and wellbeing choices for all residents. - Ensure the highest quality, person-centred care for all residents. - Support the delivery of each individual care plan. - Promote the independence and choice of residents. - Create 1:1 meaningful moments.

Requirements

An essential aspect of the role is upholding the values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion. You will be an effective communicator and work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Having your SVQ2 and previous experience in the care sector is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.
