About the role
We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant(s) to join our team in Rosepark Care Home for 33 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest quality, person-centred care for all residents.
- Support the delivery of each individual care plan.
- Promote the independence and choice of residents.
- Participate in person-centred activities, outings and events.
- Promote lifestyle and wellbeing choices for all residents.
- Assist with personal care.
- Enhance nutrition and hydration during meal times.
- Support meaningful activities.
- Create 1:1 meaningful moments.
Requirements

- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Previous experience in the care sector is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.
