Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist - Full Time Day Shift

Role: Cardiovascular Technologist supporting physicians in diagnosing and treating heart, lung, and blood vessel disorders through invasive and non-invasive tests. Key Responsibilities Operate x-ray and physiological equipment, assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.Maintain equipment, record test results, and ensure safety protocols are followed.Monitor patient vital signs during procedures, apply aseptic techniques, and uphold infection control standards.Handle specialized cardiovascular equipment such as C-Arms and angiographic injectors, perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.Assist physicians during procedures, administer contrast media via catheter or injection, and document appropriately.Ensure the work area is stocked, clean, and disinfected after each use; perform general office duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred; one year of catheterization experience is advantageous.Required certifications include ARRT-R, Oregon Radiologic Technologist License, BLS, and ACLS or ARC-ALS.Proficient in operating specialized equipment, monitoring patient safety, and applying sterile techniques.Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety standards are essential.
