Responsibilities
- Assist physicians in diagnosing and treating heart, lung, and blood vessel disorders through invasive and non-invasive tests.
- Operate x-ray and physiological equipment, support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and maintain equipment and records.
- Monitor patient vital signs, ensure radiation safety, and maintain sterile techniques during procedures.
- Handle specialized cardiovascular equipment, perform troubleshooting, and assist during catheterization and imaging procedures.
- Complete documentation, manage supplies, and disinfect equipment post-procedure.
- Perform general duties as assigned to support clinical operations.
Requirements
- ARRT-R licensure
- Oregon Radiologic Technologist License
- CPR or BLS certification
- ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
Qualifications & Skills
- Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent, and one year of catheterization experience.
- Strong technical skills in operating specialized equipment, patient monitoring, infection control, and troubleshooting.
