About the role

The Securities & Public Advisory team is seeking associates with 2-6+ years of substantial experience in either private securities offerings and/or securitization OR general bank lending (including syndicated lending), asset-backed lending and/or structured lending. CLO, ABS and /or CMBS experience is also a plus, but not required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and negotiation of various types of debt and equity transactions
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Contribute to the development and execution of client strategies
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on regulatory compliance issues
  • Participate in due diligence processes and assist in drafting transaction documents

Requirements

  • At least 2-6+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Strong law firm work experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Member of the Bar in the United States

Pay

The expected base salary range for this role is $235,000 to $390,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time position.
