Capital Markets, Securities & Public Company Advisory - Securitization/Structured Finance, Mid-Level to Senior Associate
About the role
The Securities & Public Company Advisory department is seeking mid-level to senior associates with a minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate and/or real estate. CLO, CMBS, Repo and other ABL finance experience is also a plus, but not required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on complex financial transactions involving securities and public company matters
- Assisting in the development and implementation of innovative financial products and structures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
- Participating in client meetings and presentations to discuss financial strategies and solutions
- Managing and supervising junior associates and paralegals as appropriate
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate and/or real estate
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong law firm work experience
Qualifications
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Member of the Bar in the United States

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay
The expected base salary range for this role is $260,000 to $435,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications.
