The Role

- Lead and manage capital markets transactions, including due diligence and drafting of key transaction documents - Advise clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters - Collaborate across practice areas and mentor junior associates - Engage with clients on high-profile, complex transactions

About You

- 2–6 years of corporate transactional experience, with significant exposure to Capital Markets - Strong academic credentials and exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills - Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligible for admission)
