Corporate Capital Markets Associate

About the practice

The Capital Markets team is recognized for its strength in IPOs, debt offerings (high-yield and investment grade), Rule 144A/Reg S transactions, SPACs, REITs, PIPEs, and ATM programs. Associates gain hands-on experience advising public and private issuers, financial institutions, and investment funds, supported by a collaborative global platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on U.S. and cross-border capital markets transactions
• Leading and managing due diligence teams across complex deals
• Drafting and negotiating securities offering documents and related agreements
• Providing guidance on corporate governance and reporting obligations
• Collaborating across practice groups and mentoring junior associates

Who You Are

• 2–6 years of experience in Capital Markets transactions at a leading firm
• Strong knowledge of securities law and corporate governance
• Skilled in drafting, negotiation, and deal management
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school; admitted (or eligible) in Florida
• Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $225,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
