CAPEX Project Manager

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead capital projects from inception to completion to achieve the proposed results.
• Communicate design plans and progress to the plant.
• Create MOC and offer HSE documentation for each project.
• Lead the construction manager, vendors, and contractors for the project.
• Update project tracking documents using Ariba and other programs.
• Manage contractors to complete tasks safely and as designed.
• Ensure the quality of contractors' work.
• Coordinate and communicate schedule and needs to the plant and contractors.
• Investigate improved manufacturing processes and techniques and implement where appropriate.
• Establish engineering standards for use at all facilities and with contract engineer firms.
• Drive an incident-free workplace through the PTW program.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, electrical) or minimum of 5 years of related experience as a project manager.
• A strong competency in engineering/construction project management and capital budget management.
• A solid, working knowledge of chemical processing equipment and industry standards.

What We Offer

• Compensation structure designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets.
• Base salary ranging from $90,000 per year in the lowest geographic market to $121,000 per year in the highest geographic market.
