About Alpha

Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, stronger mentorship, and more time for students to build real-world skills. Alpha hires teachers (guides), operators, admissions experts, school & curriculum leaders, and remote team members. Education work that pays like it matters: Alpha offers six-figure roles for people ready to help build a radically better school experience. A culture built for builders: Alpha is fast-moving, ambitious, and student focused. It’s for people who want to improve the system, not maintain it.

About the Role

This role is the front line of growth and guardianship: the person who convinces families to join our school and ensures that once they do, their children learn in a safe, well-run environment. Unlike most school-based positions, this job fuses admissions ownership with hands-on campus operations. You'll be the voice families trust during their decision process, and the steady hand that keeps daily safety and facilities running so teachers can focus on delivering exceptional learning outcomes. Alpha is a fast-scaling school where ambition meets structure. Families join because they believe in our three commitments—and they stay because every detail of the experience, from the admissions tour to the drop-off line, reinforces trust.

Location: This in-person role is based at our Chantilly, VA campus.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Guide compelling campus tours that showcase Alpha's unique value proposition and convert prospective families into enrolled students

  • Maintain rigorous safety standards and risk management protocols to ensure a secure learning environment
  • Lead proactive facilities management, including vendor coordination and maintenance oversight
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize both admissions strategies and operational efficiency

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Teaching or curriculum development - your mission is creating the optimal operational environment for learning
  • Following rigid protocols or waiting for approvals - you'll own decisions and drive results
  • Delivering standardized, impersonal admissions experiences
  • Working in isolation - success requires strong partnership across teams

Drive measurable enrollment growth while maintaining operational excellence in campus safety and facilities management, enabling our educational team to focus exclusively on delivering superior learning outcomes.
