Campus Audio Visual Specialist
About the role
Serve as the point of contact for all campus AV techs on the maintenance, installation, budget, and repair of AV equipment across all campuses.
Build relationships with campus AV techs to identify AV needs, training, and implementation.
Coordinate with the AVL Engineer and AV Manager on the design, standardization, and implementation of all equipment and systems.
Assist with sound setup and operation for weekly events — including church services, funerals, memorials, adult education, ministries, CCA events, and other church functions — across all campuses, as needed.
Support the AV team with stage builds and setups for Christmas and Easter, as needed.

Requirements
You may have to bend, sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, lift, pull, push and/or move up to 50 lbs.
This is a full-time (40+ hours/week) salary exempt position.
You may have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with church staff and the congregation.
- Strong technical skills with computers, sound, and lighting equipment.
- Willingness to learn new sound, lighting, and video equipment and software.
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and strong time-management skills.
