Full Time Roles Only

- Provide technical support on A/V hardware, control systems, and signal issues.
- Other duties that may be assigned by the F&B Director, including meetings and training.
- Uphold standard operating procedures and processes for A/V team.
- Provide in-house support to other departments and interface with the IT Department.
- Maintain AV support database for both conference center and Keystone lodge including assistance with billing of groups.
- Passion to proactively seek solutions customers confident in our abilities and solutions.
- Such other responsibilities as may be assigned from time-to-time
- Entrepreneurship, sense of urgency: react to situations quickly and decisively, possessing self-confidence.
- 6+ years in a role with A/V installation responsibilities.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong organization and Team Leadership skills
- Ability to set up audio and/or video installations from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of A/V and Lighting needs for groups of varying size.
- Ability to identify group needs and proven guest service.
- Proven attention to details and follow-up.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to show good judgment.
- Ability to drive company vehicle (Must have valid driver's license)

Pay Range
The expected pay range is $22.32/hr - $30.57/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
