About the role

The Campus and Talent Management Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of AAFCPAs' workforce. They lead efforts in recruiting top talent from colleges, oversee impactful educational programs, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and hire top talent from universities and community colleges.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations.

  • Plan and attend campus events, career fairs, and networking activities to promote AAFCPAs as an employer of choice.

  • Serve as the primary coordinator for the Campus Ambassador Program, overseeing its design and management to empower students as effective representatives of AAFCPAs on their campuses.

  • Act as the main liaison with community colleges, developing and implementing tailored programs that engage and prepare students for successful accounting careers.

  • Support initiatives like CPA Prep Review and MBA sponsorship programs, ensuring their smooth execution and alignment with the firm’s strategic goals and values.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine these programs and monitor their effectiveness in strengthening the firm’s talent pipeline.

  • Coordinate and execute a best-in-class onboarding experience for all new hires.

  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure new team members are integrated seamlessly into their roles and the AAFCPAs culture.

  • Work closely with the broader Talent Management team to align early talent initiatives with overall recruitment and development strategies.

  • Monitor industry trends to innovate and enhance the firm's approach to college recruiting and early talent engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 1-3+ years in college recruitment, talent acquisition, or program management; experience in professional services or public accounting is a plus.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • Skills: Strong relationship-building and communication skills, exceptional organizational and project management abilities, creative and proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement, proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, onboarding platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with virtual recruiting tools is a plus.

Pay & Benefits

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per year not inclusive of any bonus potential. Please note that while this position is remote, occasional travel to colleges/universities, corporate meetings and trainings may be required to facilitate effective collaboration and engagement implementation.
