Recruiting Coordinator
What We’re Looking For
You like to make great things with passionate colleagues. You are someone who likes to own outcomes, not just inputs. You’re motivated by having responsibility and accountability. You’re eager to do the work, big and small. You’re energized by creating order, helping teams move faster, and giving candidates a thoughtful, organized experience. You enjoy being the person who keeps many moving pieces on track, whether that means coordinating interviews, following up on feedback, preparing candidate materials, or making sure the right people have the right information at the right time. You’re motivated by the question, "How can I make this smoother?" and you have a track record of improving processes, communication, and follow through. You care about details because you know they shape the candidate experience and the hiring team’s ability to make good decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Own interview coordination across priority searches, including scheduling, rescheduling, calendar logistics, interviewer reminders, candidate communications, and follow ups
- Create a polished, responsive, and thoughtful candidate experience from first interview through final stage
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and external search partners to keep active searches organized and moving quickly
- Maintain accurate candidate, job, stage, and interview data in Ashby
- Prepare interview plans, candidate packets, scorecard reminders, hiring manager updates, and weekly search health materials
- Track recruiting process blockers, delayed feedback, scheduling issues, and next steps
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to candidates, interviewers, recruiters, hiring managers, and company leaders
