Recruiting Coordinator
About the role
Coordinate all candidate interview logistics (scheduling, travel, meals, materials, onsite hosting)
Serve as primary point of contact throughout the process
Provide interview preparation support and company information to candidates while communicating progress updates to hiring teams
Support referral coordination and internal communications across the hiring process
Maintain accurate candidate records and interview feedback in ATS system
Assist with onboarding logistics (paperwork, system access, first-day coordination)
Requirements
At least 2 years of industry experience
Experience in recruiting/HR coordination and/or project management/calendar management
Proficiency with ATS systems, scheduling platforms, and Google Workspace
Exceptional organization with meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-through
Clear, concise communication skills and excellent customer service instincts
A self-directed and proactive approach and a high ownership mentality
A team-oriented mindset and adaptability to changing priorities and last-minute requests
Experience in fast-paced, startup environment, preferred
