Responsibilities
- Respond to general customer inquiries regarding company schedule and requested lead times, equipment service, and invoicing
- Schedule appointments with customers
- Contact previous customers for renewal and prospective customers for new services
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of call details
Requirements
- Flexibility to work 5 days a week that includes weekend rotations
- Ability to work remotely (hybrid in office and remote work schedule) once successfully approved
- Effective management of potential conflict resolution through clear and courteous communication while addressing all concerns efficiently and expediently
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience working with customers directly. Phone, dispatch and/or inbound experience a plus
- Proficiency working with various computer programs, multiple screens at once, and the aptitude to master our in-house CSR program, as well as having good typing skills is a must
- Geographical knowledge of our service area or map reading skills
Qualifications
- Possess exceptional communication, reasoning, and listening qualities
- Have a minimum of two (2) years related experience working with customers directly. Phone, dispatch and/or inbound experience a plus

Pay
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule
Full time schedule with rotating weekends. Hybrid remote work schedule for night and weekend shifts once successful training period has been met.
