Call Center - BDC Receptionist

About the role

Honda and Toyota of Seattle on Airport Way in SODO is seeking a Guest Support Group Consultant for their Dealership BDC/Call Center Support Specialist position. This is a Full-Time opportunity with a flexible schedule of Wednesday - Friday 7am-6pm, and Saturday 7am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming Service Department phone calls and takes initial information from the caller.
• Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Confirms strategic questions to best determine the customer’s needs.
• Obtains and updates basic vehicle information during each call.
• Sets up service appointments and relays information to customers.
• Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Aids service customers during the morning and evening service rush whenever possible.
• Aids with clerical duties as requested.
• Maintains a professional appearance and exhibits a high degree of professionalism.
• Places outbound phone calls with the goal of selling a service appointment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Pay

$23.00-$24.00 per hour.

Schedule

Wednesday - Friday 7am-6pm, Saturday 7am-5pm.
