Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service according to Olympic Medical Center standards.
- Manages incoming phone calls and messages from a central call center for all OMP provider-based clinics and Hospital Outpatient Departments, as assigned.
- Documents telephone messages into EHR and routes them to appropriate departments.
- Schedules appointments.
- Answers inquiries.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Customer Service, Reception or Call Center experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

No licensure or credentials are required.
