California Licensed Plaintiffs' Litigation Attorney
Latitude is recruiting a California Plaintiffs’ Employment Litigation Attorney to join a successful virtual firm. About the role
The successful attorney will be a dynamic individual with experience in all aspects of case workup, from fact investigation through resolution, in cases involving the ADA, contract disputes, discrimination and harassment claims, terminations, compensation issues, and/or retaliation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation experience (at least 2 of those years MUST have involved plaintiffs’ employment litigation)
- Demonstrated research and writing capabilities
- Excellent academic credentials
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate across the firm
- Active California law license
- Outstanding references
Pay
The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $250,000, plus monthly performance bonus potential, unlimited PTO, and 10 paid holidays. Pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
