California Licensed Plaintiffs' Litigation Attorney

About the Role

Latitude is recruiting a California Plaintiffs' Employment Litigation Attorney to join a successful virtual firm. Responsibilities

The successful attorney will be a dynamic individual with experience in all aspects of case workup, from fact investigation through resolution, in cases involving:

• ADA claims
• Contract disputes
• Discrimination and harassment claims
• Terminations
• Compensation issues
• Retaliation

Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation experience (at least 2 of those years MUST have involved plaintiffs' employment litigation)
• Demonstrated research and writing capabilities
• Excellent academic credentials
• Ability to work independently and to collaborate across the firm
• Active California law license
• Outstanding references

Pay

The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $250,000, plus monthly performance bonus potential, unlimited PTO + 10 paid holidays. Pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
