Cafeteria Manager, Class III

Schedule

9 months per year; 5 days per week; 6 hours per day, 7:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Pay

Hourly rate: $17.67 – $21.65 (following the 2025‑2026 salary schedule).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of food and oversee all areas of operation for serving school lunch.
• Place orders for all food and supplies with the food service office.
• Plan and distribute work assignments for all personnel.
• Supervise the preparation and serving of all meals.
• Maintain records and inventories.
• Monitor and enforce kitchen sanitation standards.
• Report to the school principal.
• Foster a cheerful, productive environment and ensure attractive food presentation and service.
