Higgins, Hopkins, McLain & Roswell, LLC is a boutique litigation firm representing builders, developers, and contractors in complex construction defect and casualty matters. We are seeking two motivated Litigation Associates with 2 to 6 years of litigation experience to join our busy team.

Responsibilities

• Take depositions
• Draft and argue motions
• Work with experts
• Participate in case strategy from intake to resolution

Requirements

• Strong litigation fundamentals
• Sound judgment
• A willingness to learn

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of litigation experience
• Genuine interest in construction litigation

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
