About the role
We are a Florida based firm specializing in Construction Defect. We are hiring for an Construction Litigation Associate to join a talent team.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction litigation matters from initial case assessment through final resolution
- Argue motions in court
- Defend depositions
- Draft pleadings
Qualifications
- Must have 2-5 years of litigation experience
- Prioritize experience in construction defect (will train as long as candidates have litigation experience)
- Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to manage a heavy workload with competing priorities
