Responsibilities

• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions
• Take and defend depositions and assist in witness preparation
• Manage written discovery, including overseeing e-discovery processes
• Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings
• Contribute to case strategy, claim development, and dispute resolution efforts
• Work closely with clients, experts, and internal teams on complex matters

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of litigation experience
• Experience handling depositions and motion practice
• Exposure to construction-related disputes or contract-based litigation is a plus
• Familiarity with e-discovery processes and case management
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Solid academic credentials

Requirements

• Admission to practice in Florida
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and professional judgment
• Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to producing high-quality work and client service

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
