About the role

Thompson Hine LLP seeks a litigation associate to join its Construction group in any Ohio office.

Responsibilities

• Experience in litigation with the equivalent of two years of experience in construction litigation including construction defect or delay claims, design negligence, breach of contract claims and payment disputes.
• Handling a broad range of construction-related cases ranging from insurance disputes to matters involving large municipal projects.
• Establishing strong client and peer relationships.

Requirements

• Three to six years of experience in litigation.
• Two years of experience in construction litigation.
• Strong academic credentials.
• A strong work ethic.
• Excellent writing and research skills.

Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position in Ohio is $170,000 - $190,000. Exact salary will be determined by the experience and skillset of the candidate.
