About the role
Provides expertise in analyzing technical learning needs for a business or function and designs and delivers training solutions. Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may influence work.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes learning needs and designs training solutions for a business or function
- Focuses on technical training essential to a particular business or function (excludes Leadership Learning)
- Delivers training content or coordinates logistics for training programs
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within the discipline
- May require strong commercial awareness and influence strategy within own area, including resource control and policy formulation
- May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
- Communicates difficult concepts and influences others’ opinions; guides consideration of different viewpoints
- Impacts the team’s ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness objectives
- Regularly advises management in the function and/or the business
- Provides high-level evaluative judgment to achieve required outcomes
- Uses high-level judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems affecting the function
- Assesses quality of information and asks pertinent questions of stakeholders
- Offers new solutions to problems outside set parameters and constructs recommendations
- Uses multiple internal and some external sources to inform decisions
Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited university or college
- OR high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Quality Training

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $123,700.00 – $206,100.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
