Business Process Improvement Analyst IV
About the role
As a Business Process Improvement Analyst, you will lead a dynamic, cross-functional team focused on improving business processes and aligning them with organizational and strategic goals. Your responsibilities include collaborating with State business partners to determine project scope, defining business requirements, documenting current business processes and rules, collecting and analyzing data to assess process performance, and designing solutions that support the strategic vision of the ADS Enterprise Solution Ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Determine project scope and define business requirements
- Document current business processes and business rules
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to understand process performance
- Define performance measures to evaluate the success of transformation efforts
- Collaborate with other ADS teams to design solution options that adhere to the strategic vision and reality of the ADS Enterprise Solution Ecosystem
- Leverage tools to meet the business needs of State business partners
Requirements
- Eight (8) years or more of Business Analysis experience at a professional level
- CCBA/CBAP certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related subject preferred

Environmental Factors
Largely in a standard office setting. Intensive interaction with departmental officials. Implementation of recommendations may be difficult due to competing interests and limited resources. Rapid response in the face of tight deadlines may be necessary. Evening and weekend duty, although rare, may be anticipated.
