Responsibilities

  • Analyzes existing business processes
  • Affords assistance with developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements
  • Creates and coordinates process improvement opportunities
  • Researches and develops operational standards and procedures
  • Fulfills data analysis requests
  • Produces metric reports
  • Supports business decisions using data
  • Led multiple company partners to ensure organizational alignment and project success
  • Drives development of change management activities
  • Deployed the Maximo Graphical Assignment / Scheduler to improve schedule compliance and resource leveling
  • Optimized Maximo Mobile for field execution and data capture at the point of work
  • Designed and implemented a 7-day integrated (weekly) maintenance schedule and supporting scheduling discipline
  • Revamped maintenance prioritization and work-prioritization standards (criticality-based)
  • Reviewed reliability strategy and data quality/master-data standardization assessments
  • Upgraded Maximo to MAS 9.2, including requirements definition, testing, and adoption
  • Independently analyzes and develops short and long-term solutions to IT needs
  • Develops and modifies existing applications
  • Coordinates with users to determine IT requirements
  • Reviews system requirements and business processes
  • Codes, tests, debugs, and implements software applications
  • Provides information technology advice and services to internal clients

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related major and seven (7) years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and nine (9) years’ experience in data analysis, project management, process improvement, or other related experience
  • Experience: Seven (7) years of experience in data analysis, project management, process improvement, or other related experience
  • Other Requirements: Excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority; proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills; proficiency with analytics languages (i.e. SQL, Python, etc.) and platforms (i.e. Power BI, Microsoft Access, Oracle, and etc.); proficiency with process mapping and value stream mapping; midstream/asset-intensive operations industry experience, maintenance or reliability functional experience, and CMMS tool experience (Maximo); willingness to travel up to 25%
