What's the Job?

Collaborate with key stakeholders across all business functions to align technology solutions with strategic goals.

Gather and translate requirements from business units to technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

Prepare comprehensive cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation decisions.

Serve as a liaison between the business community and IT organization to deliver technical solutions that meet user needs.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, elicitation, and documentation.
• 10+ years of experience owning and managing User Stories, with a background in business analysis.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with licensing management platforms is a plus.
