Business Systems Analyst IV

About the role

This role supports enterprise business applications and serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping drive requirements gathering, user story development, and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, elicit, and document business and functional requirements
• Owning user stories, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery processes
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements for development teams
• Support complex enterprise systems and business processes
• Partner across business and technology teams
• Experience with Jira, Agile, Scrum, UAT, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Business Analyst
• Strong experience gathering, eliciting, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Proven ability to own user stories, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery processes
• Experience supporting complex enterprise systems and business processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across business and technology teams
• Experience with Jira, Agile, Scrum, UAT, and process improvement initiatives

$75-$84.54/hr
