  • Understanding of Human Resources Tasks, Documents, and Procedures

Maine Department of Education Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) Responsibilities

  • Afford assistance with School Board Reports, Agendas, Minutes, and District Communications
  • Manage Superintendent’s Agreements
  • Track Homeschool Students
  • Manage Secondary Student Residency Paperwork
  • Track Staff Vacancies, Onboard New Staff, Offboard Exiting Staff
  • Manage Benefits Administration
  • Process Payroll Accurately and on Schedule
  • Maintain payroll records and employee time records
  • Verify timesheets, deductions, and benefits information
