Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
- Perform a variety of tasks including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison between departmental staff, management, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Operate a computer system with various office machines to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
- Process and submit management expense reports, ensuring the confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One (1) year of clerical experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Additional college level courses preferred.
Skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.
