About the role
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to senior managers, team members in the behavioral health department, and other departments. Duties may include taking inventory, managing supplies, and distributing to agency locations.
Responsibilities
- Support senior managers and team members in the behavioral health department
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Take inventory and manage supplies
- Distribute supplies to agency locations
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in support staff functions
- Clinical office environment preferred but not required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service, telephone, and email skills
- Ability to utilize technology provided to perform job requirements
- Handle confidential information appropriately, exercise independent judgment, and use discretion
- Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability coverage

- Organizational skills and ability to multitask

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
