Business Manager, Property Operations
Property Management Jobs · Nevada, United States · 1 mo ago
Full-time
About the role
A regional portfolio manager flags a spike in delinquency across two Reno properties. You pull the T-12, cross-reference collections activity, and get on a call with site teams before noon. That's a typical Tuesday in this role. Asset Living, a third‑party management firm ranked in the NMHC top 50, is hiring a Business Manager for Property Operations to support a regional portfolio in the Reno and Sparks markets. This is an operational and financial oversight position that sits between site‑level teams and regional leadership. You're not running a single property; you watch metrics across multiple sites and step in where execution gaps appear.

- Work with site teams to keep work orders moving and preventive maintenance tracked
- Monitor resident satisfaction to prevent quiet erosion
- Manage retention workflows, renewal tracking, and escalation handling
