About the role
The Manager oversees cross-departmental and/or enterprise-wide projects, providing operational and strategic leadership to all personnel assigned to these projects. The role ensures effective integration of organization strategy, people, technology, and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage operational issues affecting project implementation
- Provide operational and strategic leadership to all personnel assigned to designated projects
- Oversight of assigned cross-departmental and/or enterprise-wide projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Four (4) years of progressive experience in a position with varied business and customer service functions
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Leadership experience in a clinic or health care environment preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- EMR systems experience preferred
- IDC-10 and CPT/CDM coding experience preferred
Skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
