Business Litigation Associate (Dallas)

About the Role

Dykema’s Business Litigation practice group is seeking a talented associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our Dallas office. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in complex litigation, including substantial experience in general business disputes, white collar criminal defense and government investigations work, and dental service organization (DSO) litigation matters.

Meaningful courtroom exposure, client interaction, and involvement in trial preparation and trial work are highly valued. We are particularly interested in candidates who have managed cases end-to-end, including fact investigation and all phases of discovery.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in complex litigation
• Texas bar admission (required)
• Exceptional writing skills
• Confident oral advocacy
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
