Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex business litigation matters from inception through trial preparation
- Oversee day-to-day case management and strategic development
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend settlement conferences, hearings and court proceedings
- Draft motions, discovery responses and detailed client reports
- Aid in trial preparation including strategy development, records review, client interviews and witness preparation
Who You Are
- 6–8 years of litigation experience
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Strong case management and strategic thinking ability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois
Compensation
Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000 (DOE)
