About the role

The Dallas office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an employment litigation associate with 3-7 years of Labor and Employment experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and responding to pleadings
• Managing discovery
• Drafting and arguing motions
• Taking and defending depositions
• Participating in mediations and trials
• Experience with employment litigation matters including discrimination cases and restrictive covenant issues

Requirements

• Admission to the Texas Bar
• JD from an ABA accredited law school
