Key Responsibilities
- Represent corporate clients in complex commercial litigation matters
- Manage discovery and support all phases of sophisticated litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other substantive legal filings
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy
- Assist with depositions, witness preparation and trial preparation
- Work closely with partners and clients on high-profile disputes
- Collaborate within lean litigation teams to deliver exceptional client service
Who You Are
- A 4th–6th year associate
- Experience in complex commercial litigation
- Strong discovery and trial preparation experience
- Experience gained at a large law firm or respected civil litigation boutique
- Outstanding written and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Admitted to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
Compensation
Salary Range: $310,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
