Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in sophisticated business litigation matters
- Support class action and privacy litigation matters where applicable
- Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs
- Conduct detailed legal research and factual analysis
- Participate in depositions, hearings and trial preparation
- Assist in managing case strategy and client communications
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of litigation experience
- Experience in business litigation, class actions and/or privacy litigation preferred
- Licensed to practice in Illinois
- Excellent writing and research skills
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
Compensation
Salary Range: $205,000 – $330,000 (DOE)
