Job Description
This position provides administrative and licensing compliance support to client business entities and ensures compliance with licensing agencies.
- Completes state and local contractor and business licensing applications.
- Corresponds with governmental agencies and coordinates with internal departments.
- Researches and interprets various state, local, and county regulations for license compliance.
- Maintains records and supports the leadership team on licensing compliance issues.
- Coordinates and secures necessary documents for licensing processes, such as bonds, insurance certifications, and background checks.
- Supports special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Four years of higher education or relevant work experience.
- A minimum of an associate’s degree or certification in paralegal studies preferred.
- Two years of licensing or similar experience required.
- Unwavering integrity.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
- Organized and action-oriented individual with the ability to handle ambiguity.
- Proficiency in using computer technology, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- A commitment to teamwork.
- Maintain files of all documentation associated with licensing.
Benefits
The position offers a competitive pay rate of $25.00/hr. to $29.00/hr. with the possibility of additional bonuses for special projects.
