About the Role
Flowserve is seeking an experienced, assertive Business HR Partner (HRBP) to provide high-touch strategic HR partnership to Vice Presidents and Executive-adjacent leaders across our Global Corporate Functions. This is a senior individual-contributor role designed for a consultative, resilient HR professional who possesses the executive presence, backbone, and business acumen to influence strong, vocal leadership teams. You won't just implement corporate policies—you will serve as a candid peer, challenging assumptions, coaching executives, and navigating complex organizational dynamics across a matrixed, global enterprise.

Responsibilities
- Executive Partnership & Challenge: Serve as a trusted peer and advisor to VPs; hold leaders accountable, manage pushback constructively, and push back with data-driven insights when necessary.
- Global Workforce Strategy & Org Design: Lead organizational design, workforce restructuring, succession planning, and talent pipeline initiatives across global corporate teams.
- Executive Coaching & Culture: Coach senior leaders on team dynamics, high-stakes performance management, conflict resolution, and change leadership.
- Enterprise Transformation: Drive complex, cross-functional HR initiatives and change management frameworks across diverse geographic locations.
- Global Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, ER) and global HR counterparts to deliver seamless HR programs.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HRBP or HR consulting experience supporting VP-level or senior executive stakeholders in a multinational/matrixed environment.
- High emotional intelligence paired with a firm, decisive disposition—proven ability to hold your ground and earn credibility with dominant executive personalities.
- Demonstrated experience navigating international business structures, cross-cultural dynamics, and global matrixed organizations.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% globally.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's/CPA/SHRM-SCP preferred).
