Responsibilities

- Work with GTM teams to integrate partner solutions into offerings
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in partnerships
- Mentor and inspire team members in business development
- Develop monetization strategies for partnerships
- Manage diverse relationships with stakeholders for partnership success
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic leadership for partnerships or business development
- Strong negotiation skills in complex SaaS partnerships
- Prominent track record in executing strategic growth initiatives
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder management
- Experience in high-performing team environments
- Capability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making
