Business Development Representative (BDR)

Main Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage outbound leads in the US market (upper mid-market and enterprise)
- Build and execute multichannel outbound campaigns (email, social selling, cold calling, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to generate qualified sales opportunities
- Help localize our sales messaging and approach for the US audience
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting (via HubSpot/CRM)
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a BDR/SDR, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment
- Fluent English speaking, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of digital marketing, CRM, CDPs, Customer Engagement Platforms is a strong plus
- Highly curious, organized, autonomous, and motivated by building from the ground up
