Your Role

  • Possess and develop new commercial roofing opportunities
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of service and reroof projects
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings
  • Prepare proposals and present solutions to customers
  • Partner with estimating and operations to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Closing sales while maintaining target gross margins
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and reliable forecasts
  • Grow long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and general contractors

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of commercial roofing sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B construction sales with proven success
  • History of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and scopes of work
  • Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting
  • Ability to sell on value and protect margins
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer relationship skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to visit customer sites
