Job Summary
Quality Trusted Commercial is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to drive new business and grow long-term client relationships. Ideal candidates thrive on building pipelines, closing deals, and delivering value-based solutions to commercial customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of service and reroof projects
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings
- Prepare proposals and present solutions to customers
- Partner with estimating and operations to ensure smooth project delivery
- Close sales while maintaining target gross margins
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and reliable forecasts
- Grow long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and general contractors
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial roofing sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B construction sales with proven success
- History of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and scopes of work
- Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- Ability to sell on value and protect margins
- Strong communication, organization, and customer relationship skills
