The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role offers a pathway for career development, starting with a low-risk, structured onboarding period that includes comprehensive training and coaching.
What To Expect Your First Month (Ramp Period)
- Making calls to warm and cold leads
- Participating in a structured onboarding program
- Receiving training on our tech stack (Salesforce, RingDNA, Guided Selling, Gong)
- Attending regular meetings with your team lead, director, and enablement
- Engaging in process reviews, role plays, call reviews, and objection handling workshops
- Shadowing top-performing team members
- Receiving real-time coaching and feedback
- Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and following our outbound motion
- Collaborating with team members and sales leadership
- Meting or exceeding daily and monthly activity and performance metrics
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting to warm and cold leads
- Schedule qualified demos for Account Executives
- Master our talk tracks, methodology, and objection handling techniques
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and follow our outbound motion
- Collaborate with team members and sales leadership
- Met or exceed daily and monthly activity and performance metrics

- Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Able to follow prescribed processes and methodology
- Interest in developing a career in sales; all account executives are internal promotions from the business development team
