The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role offers a pathway for career development, starting with a low-risk, structured onboarding period that includes comprehensive training and coaching.

What To Expect Your First Month (Ramp Period)

  • Making calls to warm and cold leads
  • Participating in a structured onboarding program
  • Receiving training on our tech stack (Salesforce, RingDNA, Guided Selling, Gong)
  • Attending regular meetings with your team lead, director, and enablement
  • Engaging in process reviews, role plays, call reviews, and objection handling workshops
  • Shadowing top-performing team members
  • Receiving real-time coaching and feedback
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and following our outbound motion
  • Collaborating with team members and sales leadership
  • Meting or exceeding daily and monthly activity and performance metrics

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to warm and cold leads
  • Schedule qualified demos for Account Executives
  • Master our talk tracks, methodology, and objection handling techniques
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and follow our outbound motion
  • Collaborate with team members and sales leadership
  • Met or exceed daily and monthly activity and performance metrics

  • Interest in developing a career in sales; all account executives are internal promotions from the business development team
